I had a GREAT time at the 2009 DITV tourney. I was, however, dissapointed with some of the participants. I know that Juggulator and 2 Tuff didn't show - so there wasn't much you could do. But next year Super Oprah, Bildo and John Thorne should be replaced by guys like DANNY HAVOK, DEVON MOORE, NICK GAGE, JOHN MOXLEY, MASADA, SCOTTY VORTEKZ, and BRAIN DAMAGE. I understand that these tourneys aren't cheap to put on. But next year's tournament can surpass 2010 as far as first round matches go. DITV '10 had a solid second round and LEGENDARY finals.
Drake and WHACKS should participate again if possible. It was also nice seeing Freakshow, Viper, and Toby. Thanks for DITV 2010 and I'm looking forward to next year.

Thanks for your input; all of your suggestions for guys to bring in are on the list of people I want to bring in for Death In The Valley 2011. You'll definitely see some new faces in 2011.

Thanks for your input; all of your suggestions for guys to bring in are on the list of people I want to bring in for Death In The Valley 2011. You'll definitely see some new faces in 2011. Nice. You should look into making it a two night event. I am, however, a big fan of eight man tourneys, especially when every name is HUGE. Here's my ideal card (matches are in chronological order). ------------- 1st round: ------------- JC vs. WHACKS - Carpet Strips (rematch from 2010 round 2) Nick Gage vs. Corporal Robinson - Barbed Wire Tables + Light Tubes Danny Havok vs. Drake Younger - Thumbtacks + Mousetraps Masada vs. Brain Damage - Fans Bring The Weapons, Falls Count Anywhere --------------------------------------------- Non-Tourney: Ego vs. Scotty Vortekz --------------------------------------------- ----------- Round 2: ----------- Match 1: Light Tube Log Cabins + Barbed Wire Boards Match 2: Caribbean Spider Webs, Ladders and Chairs -------- Finals: -------- 40 PANES OF GLASS SCAFFOLD MATCH Last year's 40 panes match was so good, it should become a OHW tradition. If you think otherwise, consider a barbed-wire ropes match. Thanks again for DITV 2010. The optional commentary on the Smart Mark DVD is greatly appreciated. I thought Denver Colorado did a good job conveying the significance of the contests, though. He's one of the better indy fed/deathmatch announcers. All around, a great DVD.
